Truly wonderful - best treatment by far and I will definitely be going back for another. Dr Alex is a real pro and will put you at ease with his kind manner. He has a natural instinct about the body so you know you're in safe hands.
Left the Centre with a spring in my step and felt total rejuvenated.
Brilliant spa experience, great facilities and nice and clean. The staff were great and the massage was brilliant. The room was huge and had so many great little touches. The only thing that let's down the hotel is the food, nice but not to the standard of everything else.
Fantastic massage if you are looking for a good ayverdic treatment. If you're after spa style surroundings, this probably isn't the place for you but if you want a good massage top marks.
This place really is a gem! Warm and friendly welcome and the treatment was the best I've ever had. These guys really know their stuff. A detailed discussion on my first visit (they explained a lot and I asked a lot of questions) and the treatment was very much tailored to my needs, on each visit, depending on what I needed. I come away from each appointment feeling rejuvenated and energised, in a lovely relaxed way (not sleepy but during the treatment I usually drift off). I'm a repeat customer, forever!
Lovely massage, my skin is feeling really smooth. I also enjoyed the chat Prasanna and I had before the massage started.
A lovely lady but not Ayurvedic trained. Doesn't bring a massage bed and talks a lot. Very strong accent, I found it very hard to understand what she was saying - I really wanted to rest. I am sorry but wouldn't recommend and am in the process of asking for a proportion of money back refund. £150 was extortionate.
While the massage itself was ok, particularly the lag/foot part being quite pleasant, be prepared for a very non-spa like experience. The place smelled of food, everywhere, including the treatment room (the food did smell delicious, but not quite what a spa should smell of!). The massage bed was only partly covered in a paper towel. No one asked me to fill in a form despite being first visit and the therapist only as an afterthought went ' you don't have any allergies right?'. Someone walked in midway through treatment. Therapist came back before I was done changing and just stood there looking at me as I finished and kept pulling at my hair while doing face massage and getting it stuck in Velcro of the hair band. In summary, the massage was ok but to be fair for maybe £10 more you can go to an actual spa with professional therapists...
We had a very relaxing time as a couple. Our therapist----?from Kerry (sorry can't remember name) was very professional, friendly and expert at her job. The afternoon tea was scrumptious! Great to have this on your doorstep for a lazy Subday
Very nice location and staff were friendly. We had booked via wahanda. I had a de stress day after working hard for years. Was very relaxing . Feel much better
Very good treatment. Only issue that put us off was when we walked in, seemed to be an issue with my Wahanda booking and I did not have an appointment! It was sorted but this mismanagement could have been avoided especially if you are visiting first time and customer care is as important as providing the service . Customers should be treated with care
