Loved everything except when I got there they said I could have the massage but had only tried emailing me that morning to rearrange my appointment, baring in mind they open at 10 and my appointment was at 11.30. They had not attempted to call me at all which I thought was really bad. After explaining to them I'd travelled on the train for 45 minutes she said she moved some things around and suddenly I could be fit in for my 2 hour appointment which made no sense to me but there we go. So in the end I was really happy as I had a wonderful treatment and the staff were really nice. I think the organising could have been better before hand and should have offered to move things around first and not attempt to send me away because it was only when I complained that was offered to me, so if booking through wahanda make sure you call to confirm your appointment as its not set in stone when booked through here
I got a good special offer and it was easy to book. The atmosphere was relaxing and I did not have to wait around to begin my appointment.
I would probably have enjoyed a lightly scented room more than the room that I had with no scent.
Overall - good value for money - I will come again.
It was ok but to be honest Expensive. The girl doing my eyebrow made a hole while threading and I was bleeding. I didn't really get an apology and she didn't look full qualified. They also didn't look happy to receive a new client.
Excellent treatment - both relaxing and reinvigorating. Room was very pleasant and peaceful, and the massage itself was excellent. Would strongly recommend.
I had a Sundari Abhyanga Massage and have awarded it 5 stars.
I had an Ayurvedic oil massage (Marma therapy). The Ayurvedic physician was excellent. Incredibly knowledgeable, perceptive, and pinpointed my biggest issue with precision. He also showed me some at-home exercises to extend the work we did in the treatment, and the exercises seem to be helping. Highly recommended.
