The Spa was nice but sadly we had to share with a Hen Party who were incredibly noisy, there didn't seem to be any of the standard decorum we'd expect in a spa, as in keeping people quiet to allow other guests to relax. This was the same at poolside, no spare Loungers either as all were covered in towels of people in the hot tub who ended up not even using the loungers, so we were forced to sit on uncomfortable (pretty much dinng chairs). More loungers would be a good idea. The lighting and ambiance was also far too bright and corporate office feeling and not a calm Spa environment (apart from the Snug, which was great apart from the noisy group). I'd suggest more aromatherapy smells too to really make that room fully relaxing. No music was played for my treatment, so all I could hear was people chatting in the corridor, so couldn't fully relax sadly. The massage however was very good.
Dinner was very nice. Though far too many pictures of the celebrity chef, was quite weird and self-indulgent we felt.
