Although I enjoyed my treatment there seemed to be some confusion with my booking. I had made the booking online 2/3 days before hand and had received all the reminders and confirmations however when I arrived there was no record of me on the salon system. Naturally they were unable to see me due to other appointments however they managed to fit me in half an hour later. I had no option but to agree to this because my appointment was non-refundable and I would have lost my payment had I not attended. This mix up caused me to be late for my next appointment. The salon cannot be faulted in their dealing with the situation however it is disappointing that this happened and does not endear me to trying this system again.
My daughter loves these facials. Staff are fantastic.
I have to say Bannantynes venue is not great and the staff weren't very professional i.e. reception staff standing chatting while we were waiting to be served, didn't ackowledge our entrance / exit etc, the pool area etc is ok but I've definintely been to better but the Spa was absolutely lovely. The staff were very friendly and very professional and treatements were excellent, could not fault any of it at all. We had a facial and back, neck & sholder massage and it was lovely, the therapists were polite, professional and made us feel very relaxed and at ease, I will be back for another facial very soon as it was lovely.
The customer service was excellent. Every member of staff was polite and friendly making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The facilities were clean and their was a lot to do on the day. Overall I would recommend this branch.
My boyfriend and i went to the banantynes spa milton keynes. We got to the spa at 11am. We travelled by car and had a real problem finding a parking space in the car park across the road. We did expect the spa to have it's own car park, so we were a little disappointed that we had to walk up the road to get there and pay for parking. We entered the building and eventually found the way to the spa enterents, which we thought was not clearly sign posted. There were nice peaceful surroundings, palm trees, fishes in water etc as we walked down afew steps and went through the reception door. Reception staff were pleasant, and told us that 3:30pm is the time for our swedish back massage treatment. We had a lovely tuna and cheese panini each in the cafeteria before a member of staff took us on a tour inside the building so we knew where everything was. We both wanted a relaxing break to unwind, so we didn' use any of the gym facilities. We went swimming first, spent 2 hours in there. There was hardly anybody in the pool which was great and we loved the juccuzi and steam room, very relaxing!. Afterwards the staff gave us a lovely white soft robe and slippers ready for our treatment. We had another lovely drink in the cafe. We got into our robes and slippers in the changing room, and sat in the treatment reception room. The therapists were running abit late, but we didn't mind waiting. We got called in and were told to lay on the tables in the treatment room. There was a lovely smell of lavender etc and very suitable calming music playing. The two girls started our treatments. Gosh it was so good!!. We didn't know we had so many knots in our shoulders to iron out!. Well worth it!. We needed one of these for ages. They were really professional. We can't wait to go back again!!, and the price of £65 for the both of us was excellent!!!.
