This is a really nice spa, for the price it was totally fantastic. Staff were helpful and polite, the facilities are good, treatments were great, and it feels like a proper spa rather than being tacked on the end of a gym like some I've been to. Will definitely be going back.

I bought this spa day for my mother and sister; they said that the spa treatments were great but that the customer service at the reception desk was poor. The venue had made a mistake with the booking time, and were unapologetic and made my guests feel as if they were being an inconvenience - hardly a relaxing start to the spa day!

It could have been cleaner and there weren't enough loungers. The massage was great though I would definitely recommend getting one of those! There is also no point in the saunarium.

Feet were not soaked which you would have expected for a 45 minute treatment. I had pink nail polish on and this was not removed and therefore nail polish put on top has not given a clean finish. There were smudges of nail polish on the toes.

That it was very good and worth the money. The welcome at reception could have been more friendly. The facilities were fit for purpose.

Not the best experience. Found the staff a bit rude and they looked like they didn't want to be there. Not exactly cheap, so would have expected a better service. Will definitely not be going back again!

The advert didn't say that not all Bannatyne Spas were included. Having purchased the voucher I was horrified to learn that Fairfield was not included as we specifically wanted to go there.
However, having explained this to them, I am delighted to say Bannatyne have agreed to let us go to Fairfield. I am sure we will have a lovely day there in April

Very enjoyable and relaxing day with Elemis treatments. Robes and towels provided for a charge of £3. Small pool, but the jacuzzi steam and sauna rooms are lovely. Well equipt gym.

Had a lovely day unwinding at Bannatyne Mk. Staff were friendly, ambience was very tranquil and relaxing. The massage was just great. Nice little cafe with a good selection of light lunches and coffees. Only let down was that the sauna was not working on the day of our experience and the tiles in the steam room were up on part of the floor which wasnt ideal in an environment you cant see too well in. All in all the other facilities made up for this and we had a fantastic day

A wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the aquarobics with other members there. My head massage was really relaxing but my sister wasn't too impressed with hers. The facial was wonderful too... would like to do it all again tomorrow!!

Although I enjoyed my treatment there seemed to be some confusion with my booking. I had made the booking online 2/3 days before hand and had received all the reminders and confirmations however when I arrived there was no record of me on the salon system. Naturally they were unable to see me due to other appointments however they managed to fit me in half an hour later. I had no option but to agree to this because my appointment was non-refundable and I would have lost my payment had I not attended. This mix up caused me to be late for my next appointment. The salon cannot be faulted in their dealing with the situation however it is disappointing that this happened and does not endear me to trying this system again.

I have to say Bannantynes venue is not great and the staff weren't very professional i.e. reception staff standing chatting while we were waiting to be served, didn't ackowledge our entrance / exit etc, the pool area etc is ok but I've definintely been to better but the Spa was absolutely lovely. The staff were very friendly and very professional and treatements were excellent, could not fault any of it at all.

We had a facial and back, neck & sholder massage and it was lovely, the therapists were polite, professional and made us feel very relaxed and at ease, I will be back for another facial very soon as it was lovely.

My boyfriend and i went to the banantynes spa milton keynes. We got to the spa at 11am. We travelled by car and had a real problem finding a parking space in the car park across the road. We did expect the spa to have it's own car park, so we were a little disappointed that we had to walk up the road to get there and pay for parking.
We entered the building and eventually found the way to the spa enterents, which we thought was not clearly sign posted. There were nice peaceful surroundings, palm trees, fishes in water etc as we walked down afew steps and went through the reception door. Reception staff were pleasant, and told us that 3:30pm is the time for our swedish back massage treatment. We had a lovely tuna and cheese panini each in the cafeteria before a member of staff took us on a tour inside the building so we knew where everything was. We both wanted a relaxing break to unwind, so we didn' use any of the gym facilities. We went swimming first, spent 2 hours in there. There was hardly anybody in the pool which was great and we loved the juccuzi and steam room, very relaxing!. Afterwards the staff gave us a lovely white soft robe and slippers ready for our treatment. We had another lovely drink in the cafe. We got into our robes and slippers in the changing room, and sat in the treatment reception room. The therapists were running abit late, but we didn't mind waiting. We got called in and were told to lay on the tables in the treatment room. There was a lovely smell of lavender etc and very suitable calming music playing. The two girls started our treatments. Gosh it was so good!!. We didn't know we had so many knots in our shoulders to iron out!. Well worth it!. We needed one of these for ages. They were really professional. We can't wait to go back again!!, and the price of £65 for the both of us was excellent!!!.
