The advert didn't say that not all Bannatyne Spas were included. Having purchased the voucher I was horrified to learn that Fairfield was not included as we specifically wanted to go there.
However, having explained this to them, I am delighted to say Bannatyne have agreed to let us go to Fairfield. I am sure we will have a lovely day there in April
Very enjoyable and relaxing day with Elemis treatments. Robes and towels provided for a charge of £3. Small pool, but the jacuzzi steam and sauna rooms are lovely. Well equipt gym.
Visited here couple months ago as a spa break, the venue in clean and well presented. I spent some time in the spa and then had some spa treatments after. Lovely experience and would go again.
Had a lovely day unwinding at Bannatyne Mk. Staff were friendly, ambience was very tranquil and relaxing. The massage was just great. Nice little cafe with a good selection of light lunches and coffees. Only let down was that the sauna was not working on the day of our experience and the tiles in the steam room were up on part of the floor which wasnt ideal in an environment you cant see too well in. All in all the other facilities made up for this and we had a fantastic day
A wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the aquarobics with other members there. My head massage was really relaxing but my sister wasn't too impressed with hers. The facial was wonderful too... would like to do it all again tomorrow!!
