Never had reflexology but thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Really lovely ambience and the therapist was excellent. Left feeling nice & relaxed and she gave me information on the outcomes of the reflexology.

Treatments excellent, therapists knowledgeable and not pushy when giving you the sales spiel at the end. Could have been better if there was a larger seating area, only 2 chairs for our group of 3 wasn't great, and there were other people waiting too.
We used the pool too, pool area is ok. Generally clean though there were some hair elastics and dirty plasters on the side which I am hoping the cleaner simply hadn't got to yet. The general pool area could do with a good deep clean and some oerall improvement. The mirrored walls were starting to lose their covering by the jacuzzi.
Sauna clean. They have a separate one for men and women if you're worried about that kind of thing.
Beware of the extra costs. £3 to hire a bathrobe, towel and slippers but they let you keep the slippers and the tote bag it comes in. Bathrobes are quite tatty with lots of loose threads and generally didn't get the 'luxury' feeling that I've had at other spas.
Take a large padlock for the locker unless you want to pay extra to hire one (though you do get this money back, it's more inconvenience).
Gym doesn't have a great deal of equipment but clean and nothing out of order.
Hairdryers in changing rooms but no dryer for swimwear. Wet kit bags are provided.
Worth going but only if you've got a voucher - don't pay full price as it's not worth it.
I bought a voucher online for an eyebrow was or tweeze. But wahanda contacted me the deal was not available anymore and I had to ring the salon for further queries and reschedule my appointment. So I did. They haven't phoned me back jet so still waiting to go down to get my brows tidied. Maybe not the best customer service from this place.. I have been to Banatyne spas before and allways received good excellent service in the past.

This place was ok sure it is not the best Spa I have been to but it is not as bad as a lot of the reviews here make out...Had a relaxing time here and the staff were friendly when i visited, maybe I would not recommend it to my friends but if they said they were planning a visit i would not advise against it!
All together a nice place and worth a visit if your in the area.
I bought a voucher for an expert facial plus neck and shoulder massage, but when I booked the treatment at my chosen venue it was not clear to me whether I had to book separately the facial and the massage or the massage was included in the facial... After a few e-mails it was clear that the massage was included... Apart from this, the venue was nice and cosy, the staff kind and polite, the facial and massage superb and the other facilities quite good. Overall, a great experience!
