Felt totally relaxed at the Spa, during treatments and afterwards. Definitely would go again. Would be even better if refreshments were available .
I visited this spa for a massage and was very happy with the service, the treatments and the facilities available afterwards. Not a country retreat but not sure what people expect for Central Manchester!
Do not visit this so called spa !!! You have been warned !! Dirty cold unmaintained worst morning of my life . Was bought as a present from my husband he was so upset . We was supposed to spend a day there but only managed to spend a few hours because we had a treatment booked!! I have given one star to cleanliness but really it's a no star !!!
there are a number of reviews on here saying not as good as should be so when i received a voucher for Xmas i wasn't expecting very much but can honestly say i have come away relaxed and feel i got value for money although the reviews re the parking were spot on we arrived early to compensate so thanks for that
The facial was lovely. The Jacuzzi and sauna were nice. The pool was very cold and it felt a bit like you were in a dark basement.
