Latest weight loss treatments review
I attended several sessions with Shonagh, initially to help tackle a long standing weight problem. She has a great ability to look at all the issues that contribute to the problem of being overweight, and she always took her time to listen to what I had to say and to explore how these issues impacted on my life. She gave me a wonderful track to listen to at home, which still makes me feel very relaxed! I would recommend Shonagh to anyone who wants to re-evaluate where they are in life and make some changes for the better.
