Congratulations for wanting to lose weight! Depending on gender, age, how much you need to lose and other factors, the length of time and approach would vary. More information is needed from you to give an individualized, specific answer.
Generally speaking, a consult would help develop a program best suited to your needs and goals. It would include exercise, nutrition, mobility and behavioral modifications for starters. It may also be helpful to work with a nutritionist as well as a trainer to get you on track.
Most importantly, be clear about your goals and intentions and make sure they are realistic for you. I would also encourage a support system to help you achieve your goals. You may join a walking club, find a workout partner, take a class, work with a trainer (and therapist or life coach if needed.)
Please let me know if I may be of further help to you.

First of all I need to know about your past efforts when you tryed to lose some weight and some information for example age, height and how much you weight now. Then you have to set a goal to yourself and believe in it.Set a smaller goal at first and start eating healthier. Its all matter of time to see results.

Hi Affiong
There are techniques that might be appropriate but one would need to know more about you current situation to assess that. Visit http://www.thesusieambroseclinic.com or call 0207 753 7634

Hi, and thanks for your question. The simple answer is to eat less and exercise more, but maybe a bit too simple. Modify your eating habits and begin a fitness programme of both aerobic exercise and strength work. If you are already exercising then it may be a case of increasing the intensity of the work that you are doing. It is much easier to give specific answers when you know the person you are talking/working with. There is no easy way to go about losing weight (the right way - no dieting), it takes a lot of hard work and commitment, but the results are ultimately worth it.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch.
I approach weight loss from a different perspective. It is our mind that triggers the behaviours and by changing the way we think and reprogramming ourselves it becomes easy to drop the weight and create our new slim identity.
If you would like to know more please drop me a line and there is also further information on my website http://www.michellezelli.com.
Kind regards
Michelle

Its not a fat farm its a health farm that shows you the the way to a better you. Good food and a exercise program to suit you, treatments to help your will power, encouragement from staff, people with the same idea working towards the same goal . To lose weight is not simple if it was there would not be so many diets , exercise programs and specialists advising people.Good luck listen to your body
