Atrocious!!
I've been floating since 1997 and this was; by far, the worst floating experience I have ever had. Thank goodness it wasn't my first as it would have put me off forever.
The place is shoddy, I was charged £2 extra for a damp towel in a cold wet room. The shower was a plastic broken mess.
I thought I would look past this but then the float itself was well below standard as the pod was obviously old and was letting lots of light and cold air in.
I was hot on my back, (the water was way too hot to compensate for the cold air coming in) and cold on my front and it wasn't dark in there.
Strangely though, even after such a terrible float, I still got the good feelings that come with floating but I would not recommend this place at all, there are others in london like floatopia and the one under the london bridge that are way better.
