Latest cryolipolysis review
First of all, the wahanda offer was very misleading. According to the information on wahanda website, the original price of the treatment was £999. Which is a total lie as the price of the treatment in the salon was £249!
Therefore the 80% off offer was supposed to be £49!
Regarding the treatment:
The therapist was very nice and friendly, happy to answer any questions. She explained the procedure prior to the treatment and during the initial stages. The treatment itself lasts 45min.
First she cleansed the area with anti bacterial solution, then covered the area with a special cloth that prevents the skin from frostbite and placed the device where required.
At first the skin would heat up and after a few minutes the temperature would drop gradualy down to -5 degrees. Although it felt a bit strange having my tummy sucked in to the special funnell, the treatment wasn't painful. All I could feel was a bit of squeezing and cold. All you do during those 45min is relax, read a magazin or listen to the music. The therapist checked on me every 10min, making sure everything is OK.
I had my clothes on, just had my tummy exposed. And after the treatment it's all back to normal. It's like having a massage - after it's done you're back to your normal life.
I had no redness or bruising, the skin on my tummy felt cold for a couple more hours after the treatment.
results - it's only been a few days after I had it done so my body is still in the process of 'disposing' of fat. I'll give it a couple more weeks and hopefully there will be a significant difference.
Overall, I would recommend the treatment.

| W Magazine | Last summer the FDA approved CoolSculpting by Zeltiq, the world’s first cryolipolysis (translation: fat-freezing) device. Over the course of a one- to two-hour treatment, the machine chills love handles, muffin tops, and other assorted bulges down to a temperature at which fat cells, or lipocytes, are damaged, while other cells remain unharmed. During the next few weeks, the lipocytes die off and are recycled by the lymphatic system and the liver. | more > |
