The main qualities that one should look for in a salon/therapist? In a salon one should look for cleanliness, knowledgable and well trained staff, a variety of services and quality products, a comfortable environment, excellent customer service, convenience, ease of scheduling, etc.
In salon staff/therapist one should look for: knowledge, experience, extensive training, friendly, courteous, hands-on experience, licensing as required, etc.
