Absolutely fantastic. The venue was spotless, staff excellent, very helpful and the therapists very patient and understanding. I was quite impressed by the seated hair dryer area with plug sockets for your straighteners, wish I'd have known that before and taken them!! The only thing that could have been better was having more time there, which my mother and I would have had if my dad hadn't decided to do the shopping before he dropped us off!!!
I went with a friend for a spa day. We had a lovely time - swimming and using the spa facilities and then going for a coffee before having a relaxing facial. We felt pampered and totally refreshed afterwards. I would really recommend this venue for the ambiance and the lovely staff.
The overall experience was excellent and I will be returning as soon as possible with my girlfriends. The staff were extremely friendly and the venue was excellent, clean easy to access all areas and not too busy.
great relaxing day. We went on a monday which was quieter than our usual friday session. \there's no hassle when you arrive, you are given your robe and slippers and shown around the facilities if you wish. There's plenty to do to entertain yorself for the whole day. The sauna and steam rooms are fab with 2 of each and different aromas in each. We joined in with a class free of charge and as long as there are spaces in the classes this is allowed. The food is healthy for lunch and with an afternoon of treatments, what more can you ask for? My massage was a bit on the soft side, but i could've said something so its not the girl's fault really.
really great day, consistently good! I'll be booking my next day there soon I'm sure.
50 mile drive each way and it is still worth it for the day in the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room followed by a brilliant hair cut. All staff pleasant and helpful, facilities perfectly clean and all working. Lunch lovely and very reasonable. We will be back again in a few weeks!!
