Overall our experience was really decent value and we had a lovely time. All the staff were fantastic, in all areas and the dinner and the breakfast were very good. The rooms were nice, although one room had very poor lighting which proved a problem when trying to get ready for dinner. I was slightly less impressed with the spa. Having such a large café but no real space to continue the chilled experience of the spa is a result of poor use of space and the steam room being out of order was a disapointment. Seeing the dirty towels pileup in the spa reception was a bit unattractive too. There seemed to be a bit of mis-communication on my massage as I needed stress in my shoulders released but ended up with a full body massage which didn't touch my shoulders at all which was a shame. However friends really enjoyed their treatments. The outside Jacuzzi's are a great addition.

The hotel is fantastic, it's clean, the staff are extremely well trained and were able to meet our every need. The hotel is very calming. The grounds are lovely, we were lucky that we were able to sit outside and enjoy the views. The spa treatments were good and the therapist very friendly and the lava shell massage did the trick. The other spa resources are good.. We used them all!! We are planning our next visit to this venue.
Very relaxing break. Lovely hotel and great facilities including state of the art gym and 20m pool. Marred a little by cancelled classes and sauna and hot tub out of order on last day.
Amazing. Would go again! Hotel room was fabulous and massages were great!! Thy had outdoor hot tubs which was a really nice touch! The dinner was also fantastic.
Be careful when booking with this spa as they ruined our weekend by booking the treatments in on the wrong day, despite having email confirmation of when they actually are. Cant knock the hotel however this was stunning!
