everything was absolutely great - wonderful experience with a really lovely therapist, Kerys, who was so lovely and made me feel comfortable and calm. What's more the leg treatment worked and I will be returning for more. I'm such a happy bunny!!

This is a sports club offering some treatments, not a relaxing spa experience.
The treatment was good but the experience ordinary!
Though the treatments themselves were fine (nothing to shout about but also not bad), the service we received was disgusting.
We were charged twice for our treatments and the staff were rude, accusatory and unhelpful in getting us one lot refunded. It was actually shocking the lengths they attempted to go to to get out of paying us back our money.
Would never use them again and would recommend anyone looking for a good spa experience to go elsewhere.
No way would I pay the full cost for minimal facilities that are on offer. I must say that the manager was very concerned we did not enjoy our day and gave us a complementary day.
