Lovely treatment - well executed and great products.
Room was a tad small, but the staff seemed to manage the space well and didn't affect the level of treatment.
A bit of sound came from the other facilities (gym and sports hall next door) but music was generally loud enough to cover this.
Great experience, will definitely go back.

They don't seem to be able to keep a record of if you've paid or not when buying through the app. I had to do a lot of searching first otherwise I would have had to pay twice or pay to cancel. The staff didn't help at all with this. Also the job done for the price wasn't great.
