The Majestic Hotel is in a fabulous position overlooking the spa town of Harrogate.
The staff are first-class however we were a little disappointed at the slightly dated room which could really do with some TLC .
We had booked a spa treatment, dinner bed and breakfast deal. The leisure facilities were a real let down amounting to a small pool and unimpressive changing facilities. The treatment however was fantastic, really relaxing and just what was needed. Dinner was on the better side of good and the service was excellent. Breakfast was distinctly average, granted the dining room was very busy, but to be placed on a dirty table was not really acceptable.
Overall the experience was positive. Would we go again based on cost and experience, probably not.

I gave to say the facial was the best I have ever had!!
Didn't really like the ambience - wasn't very 'spa' like. The body wrap was nice but I don't think I will return.

I really enjoyed the massage and the staff in the spa were great. The food was good and the location is excellent.
Staff were pleasant. Food was good. Rooms could do with being updated. Massage was fabulous - staff in spa really friendly and helpful.
