I booked a full body collagen massage through wahanda and then also booked a bikini and half leg wax as the prices were so good - and I was pleasantly surprised by everything! When I walked in I did not have high expectations as it as part of a Fitness First gym, and the treatment room was more clinical (and small) than relaxing, but that really didn't matter because when I closed my eyes and the massage started, it was great! The therapist was great as the massage was fantastic and then we moved onto the waxing and that was great as well - quick and she did a great job and it was very comfortable. Overall great experience and I will be back!
First of all if your not familiar with the area and have no idea where the fitness first is then it is pretty hard to find. If you are travelling via london underground- chancery lane station- you need to use exit 2!!
I did arrive 15 mins late having ended up at the wrong fitness first! Yes there are two fitness firsts, and this one is located opposite the car park. The therapist was lovely and friendly and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole treatment. Downside to the massage was as she had a cut on one of her fingers she had to wear a glove. She did inform me that i wouldn't notice the difference... but I did! However overall it was a good massage and she did pay attention to my very tense shoulders!
It was a good relaxing massage and the place was not hard to find. Don't have much to say about the experience, it was good, not great, but not bad either. Wouldn't mind coming back for another treatment under a mobdeal price.
Absolutely great facial - very relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards. Don't expect the height of luxury at this venue as it's literally a room in a sports club (Fitness First), however don't let this deter you as the room was neat, tidy and simply decorated. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the therapist introduced herself by name & clearly explained what to expect of the treatment. The treatment felt wonderful and I came out onto the snowy London streets feeling super relaxed. My only gripe was that the treatment room was situated right next door to the ladies wet room/sauna area which was a bit noisy at the start of the treatment - but once the noisemakers had gone, all was well and I floated back to my facial induced bliss! I'll definitely be back and would recommend.
