Initial impression was poor. The treatment room is puny and lovelessly decorated and sadly, the facial was far from 'bespoke' as the therapist told me right away she would not look at my skin and consult, but rather ask me about my skin type. There was little (no) choice and she simply offered me a general, hydrating facial. However, reason for high rating despite all aforementioned is that both, the face and head massage were wonderful, fabulously relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable and I'm looking forward to my second session. In a nutshell, this is a discounted deal, thus I expect to get the 'proper' treatment at a great price. This was not the case and perhaps the description should be changed. Nonetheless, given the fabulous massage and the price I paid, I'm very happy with the deal.
It is located inside Fitness first. So the ambience is unlike a usual beauty saloon. However the massage was very relaxing and moisturizing. Will go back for a deep tissue massage!
This is a small and functional treatment room in the basement of a gym and so the atmosphere isn't completely relaxing as you can hear gym classes going on in the background. The treatment room is next to the shower rooms of the gym so you can hear everything that is going on. The therapist was lovely. I was impressed by my therapist, who was very pleasant and polite.
The therapist was great. Renata - definitely will use her again. fab!! not sure about the location and the ambience was not great i.e. the beauty rooms were located in a basement branch of fitness first other than that I really thought the massage was brilliant.
I had a facial at fitness first holborn circus. It was very good. The facial is very much bespoke and the staff is very friendly and experienced. There is sauna and steam room there too. Will visit again in the future.
