The spa is inside the gym but away from noise and main area. The body scrub was very relaxing. The skin felt nice and smooth. The therapist is excellent. The reflexology on feet was very good as well

Really relaxing and great value for the heart of London. Connie was attentive and gave me feedback about areas she noticed on my feet, which spookily were my "problem areas". Will definitely be returning!

Great little place. One of the most effective massages Ive had in a while. Wasn't painful but worked out all the knots.

Good value for money. In a gym so you cant really get the whole 'spa' experience but that's why its cheaper!
