Staff were friendly but seemed rushed. I had to wait for quite a while before being seen but the Brazilian wax was done well and I left happy in the end. Fairly priced as well so definitely worth a visit.

It is a great location. The foot masage is only for 30 minutes I could fit in my lunch break. I would not say it was the best foot masage I have ever had, but it was worth trying it once.
this was the best deal i have had. the therapist was an excellent therapist and we spoke about her experinces of offers and she said she wants to give every one equal treatments no matter how much they pay. the only down side was that the place was hard to find.
My ratings for this facial would have been lot higher if it had not been for the fact that my sister also had it done a week later and she had a totally different experience to me!
Whereas I had a fairly basic facial (cleanse exfoliate moisturise and mask) and was left wondering why it was £75 for such a basic facial, my sister had extra stuff such as extraction and also usage of a zapping thing (she cant remember the name) plus mineral powder afterwards.
When i queried this with the therapist i was told it was "probably" because she had extra time with my sister and/or she needed it more than me. However I dont think that's fair as she told my sister it was all "part of the facial" therefore I should have received it too!!
Left me feeling a bit disappointed and glad I didnt pay the full £75
Good therapist and enjoyable facial, however the facilities aren't tranquil, it's a room past the showers (inc. wet feet on the way), you could hear surrounding noise and the room was small and not great. Therapist had good knowledge of the facials but didn't actually ask anything about my skin etc. Ok but not great!
