Worst hairdressing experience of my life. To start off the application of the highlights was unprofessional as I was made to bend my head forward with all of my hair in front of my face for the majority of the time (I have been getting highlights for over ten years now and this has never happened before). When it came to washing my hair, it was just awful. The water was cold, there was no head massage or nice smelling products used and I could feel water running down my forehead, in my ear and down my back. When I stood up I realised that the whole back of my top was completely drenched. The hairdresser then apologised but put the blame on me for not sitting at the sink correctly and made a big deal about giving me the blow dry free of charge (completely ridiculous in the first place that the cost of getting highlights does not include having your hair dried). The blow dry was exactly like how I dry my own hair when I am in a rush - no hairbrush used, hair blowing everywhere across my face and no time taken. I left the place freezing cold due to having wet clothing and with my hair looking awful, stinking of hair dye and feeling dry and damaged. And to top it all off I paid £95 for the priveledge! Will NOT be going back.
Head massage was fantastic, helped the hangover. Hair cut made the hair go from longer to shorted, so thank you for everything

I really like the colour but unfortunately my greys aren't 100% covered which was the whole point of my visit.

Whole experience was great, Roberto did a great job. Good atmosphere and friendly staff aswell. Great value for money going through wahanda.

4 Stars, Reception staff very friendly and was offered a drink Straight away. not the best haircut I've had but it did what I needed it to.
