I was hoping to go from shoulder blade length hair to a choppy collar length bob - it ended up much shorter but it's a good cut and I actually quite like it although it wasn't exactly what I wanted!

Tatiana was very friendly and the blow dry itself was good, would definitely recommend. My only small complaint would be that the staff at reception were quite rude and not very welcoming upon arrival.
Blow Dry
The staff who greeted me were extremely friendly and welcoming. I had my haircut in the morning, so the salon was quiet and relaxing.
My creative stylist was Lily. She was very bubbly and explained what she intended to do first. I was happy to give her carte blanche, and she did a fabulous job with my hair. I would definitely go back there again.
