Fantastic welcome by the lovely receptionist and my stylist Mark was fabulous. All other members of staff also helped to look after me! I definitely recommend Mark and the salon.
Hair Colouring
My first time using Wahanda and this hair salon. Both were fantastic!
Love my new hair and Andrew at Gro was great in talking me through the condition and treatment of my hair.
Ladies' Haircuts
Maddison was brilliant at giving me the colour I didn't know I wanted. I'd booked in for ballayage but after a consultation she did half ballayage and half highlights. Walked out the salon with much brighter, blonder hair that really suits me. I will not be going anywhere else for my colour!
I had a very pleasant experience from booking with Wahanda right through to my appointment date. There were sufficient and timely reminders. The staff in Gro were very friendly, welcoming and professional. I had an excellent consultation on the colour I wanted for a full head of highlights and as I ended up not going for the full head of highlights, my hairdresser kindly gave me a blowdry in exchange which I had not booked in. Overall a great experience, I would recommend it and would go back.
Hair Colouring
All very good. Appointment was a bit late as they were running over, but kept occupied with nice coffee. Hair cut by senior stylist was very good - clearly very skilled, got what I asked for but with added "style", at a decent price. Would recommend and visit again.
