Really good deal and handy for Heathrow airport! Spa staff lovely and afternoon tea was immense, and the bar area was spacious as well as cosy
I had booked a pregnancy massage only to be told on arrival that I was too far gone. Swapped this to a facial, which was a 10 minute greasy face mask and 10 minutes of having other greasy products on my face :( no nice face and neck massage like you would expect. And not tailored to my skin type.
Also a lot of product in my hair which would have been fine if the treatment had included a head massage.
Also very disappointed there was no gf food on site except at £15 salad... no snacks at all.
Would not return, very disappointed.
Both the steam & mineral room were out of service & the hydrotherapy pool was too cold for me. My rain massage was superb & the staff were lovely. The relaxation area was particularly nice. We went through to the adjoining cafe which isn’t well advertised but very nice!
