Fab deal although the spa area was quite small, there were no beds left to relax on and the steam room wasn’t working but the ambience was great, nice hydrotherapy pool, massage great and staff lovely

We visited the spa for a hen party and it was lovely to spend time and relax as friends. There were a couple of things that weren't full explained to us on arrival, such as where to redeem our vouchers for the prosecco and we didn't know where the relaxation room was. Had this been explained and we had been shown round, this would have significantly improved our experience. The other thing dropping the score was the steam room being out of action however, the spa did contact me prior to our visit to inform me.
