Excellent value. .. felt spoilt when our room was upgraded and tge the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was fab. Only slight problem was a very creaky bed but we are already planning to return in the new year. X
Enjoyed the overnight stay, enjoyed the spa facilities and the food and was really nice. The free bottle of wine and fresh fruit left in the room was a nice bonus. Room was good size but a little run down to be honest.
overall though a pleasant stay for two.
Honestly the best hotel experience I've had in Britain. Both myself and my girlfriend were so happy with the service. For the price it was incredible. Service was amazing. Food was some of the best food I've had. Staff were so caring and on it. Drinks were great. Pool was fab. Massage was the best one I've ever had (and I've had a few). Genuinely would have paid 3 or 4 times as much for the night I had but what makes it all so amazing is the cost. Just perfect. Already told about 10 people and 2 have already booked up for their birthdays.
The spa break was excellent value for money. The therapy treatments were very good. There were only 2 loungers beside the swimming pool. The water temperature in the bubble pool was too cold. I would have liked an adult only session in the pool, sauna and steam room. I really enjoyed the food.
Loved the massage quality of food friendly keen to please staff. Didn't like the decor dated and a little worn in the corridors, didn't like the children in the adult lane of the swimming pool when i was trying to get my lengths in.
