I have visited Crown Beauty in Upper Norwood in 2013 and I received FIRST CLASS treatment.
I was greeted with a smile, asked if I wanted a drink (I had water to drink).
My facial and neck massage were superb. I fell into a deep sleep and did not want to get up. I then had a back massage, which was so soothing and relaxing. Finally, I had a wonderful pedicure and manicure. I would recommend, Excellent service in comparison to others that I have been to.
The shellac paint was done well enough although if you looked closely you could've seen some paint bleeding out to the same surrounding the name and which was difficult to remove after it had been cured under the UV light. What I did get quite annoyed about was that I was made to wait for 30 minutes for my treatment - I may have been late for <5 minutes and I would've understood having to wait for a while, but 30 minutes was for me poor customer service.
Professional, fabulous. My eyebrows are great, feel very comfortable and I will recommend Iris to everybody. Brenda
