I had a hollywood, the lady, a young girl, she owns the place Was truly amazing, put me at ease & was so quick!! I'll definetly be going back to her. thank you
I took my sisters for a spa day which included express mani and pedi, back massage and dermologica facial. The venue was decent although the atmosphere was spoiled by the staff arguing about how to organise our spa treatments. They were evidently very unorganised. The express mani and pedi were probably the worst I've had. The lady who did mine was hugely unprofessional; she forgot to put the top coat on my nails which another staff member had to do. The back massage and facial were really good and relaxing. The lady who did mine was very professional and evidently had plenty of experience. Sadly my sister did not have the same experience. From what I heard some parts were painful, the pressure was inconsistent and an elbow was used rather unskilfully! Overall I would definitely not go there again.
the lashes started coming off nearly 6 hours later and this isn't my 1st time having semi lashes so no shower no sauna no mascara. it left me with few lashes stuck to my eyes which i had to pull out which didn't take any effort as the glue must of being very cheap for all that to happen.
Nails had chipped by the time I got home and there was only one choice of colour for the nail varnish
I booked a special deal with this establishment about 2 months in advance so was really looking forward to some serious pampering. I turned up for my appointment and was utterly disgusted to discover that two members of staff had called in sick and the young therapist chose to wait until I arrived at the salon to advise me that I could either wait nearly 2 hours to be seen or rebook! Very very poor customer service especially when I had driven 30 minutes to get there and was on a time frame for the rest of the day. Could not wait and left feeling extremely disgruntled.... the opposite of what was supposed to be achieved with my two hour pamper session. Could have been avoided with some proper training by management on how to deal with these types of emergencies!!
