A truly relaxing day for my 2 daughters. The treatments were amazing and they will happily reccommend their day. The staff, ambience food and all the facilities were perfect. A perfect place for a relaxing retreat.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by reception who knew who we were and what treatments we had come for. Our follow up induction as to the location of areas and general organisation were clear and our welcome drink after our journey was much appreciated. Everything seemed to run like clockwork and was totally professional. The pro collagen facial was excellent. Both the food and service were top rate and I look forward to a return visit.
We got a massive discount on a long weekend at Champneys through my partner’s Vitality membership – www.vitalitylife.co.uk. It cost us less for the weekend this time around than we’d paid previously for one night! I know that Champneys can seem a bit old-fashioned compared to some newer spa resorts, but the treatments, food and classes were very good and it was brilliant value for money.
I went to Champneys with a friend for a one night stay. It was really relaxing - all at a great price. The treatment we had was Thalassotherapy, it was really good, you can definitely feel it after! The food was great - so much variety. The staff made us feel very welcome. Overall, I had a great time! Definitely going back again!
This was my first spa experience and it was everything I expected and more. The whole setting was so relaxing and peaceful. We went for an evening spa, which included a three course meal. We used the gym area before having a swim. There wasn't many people in when we went so the availability of the equipment was not an issue and it was nice to be able to swim without having to dodge other people. I wasn't too sure what to take, towels and toiletries ect, so was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was supplied.
The meal was amazing! There was a good choice of menu and the food tasted great. The staff were very helpful and informative and gave us a good of the place when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this venue and can't wait to go back again.
