I booked two rooms, got ready and went down stairs, at the end of the night when the lights were on, we realised there were cob webs all over the ceiling, they were that big that there is no way the ceilings and skirting boards had been cleaned for a long time! None of us slept due to the little flies in the cobwebs and flying around. Called reception no one was there, did mention it when I booked out and was told the house keeper will be informed. We have stayed at Springs before and it was lovely but we were disappointed with this place!
