The treatments were pretty good but a bit rushed. There was no pool which was disappointing. However, the standard of the room and the food was great. Some of the reception team were not very smiley.
Terrible. I was turned away as they hadn’t received the booking and had to reschedule. Staff in sorrow fed and didn’t deal well with the issue. Very dissappointed.
Hotel staff are individually brilliant, but the communication between them is non-existent.
Pre-booked the spa treatment for 4:30 and 5pm, arrived at check-in at 3, and then received a call at 3:40pm asking if we’re attending. Even though we booked and confirmed different times the spa staff offered no apology for their error.
As we knew we booked and confirmed the treatments and wanted to enjoy the facilities, we moved our dinner reservation to 9pm from 7pm. Completely ruined plans.
