Very simple surroundings, small pedicure room, but nice music to help you relax. Katie who did the waxing and pedicure was nice and friendly. Tracey who did the Microdermabraion was nice also.
I didn't think there was anything luxury about the pedicure (except the fact you are in a room on your own) but the quality was not up to my standard.
It seems that they have good relationships with their regular customers which is nice and it is a quiet salon to go to, to get your treatments. Very homely type of feel to it as it is not on ground level - so you don't see people walking past.
The lady that does the threading is VERY good.
I am from West London so I would not make it my regular salon, but if I was in the area and needed my eyebrows threaded I would go there.
I discovered this place as Oxygene which is around the corner is forever fully booked. I managed to get a next day appmt with Beauty Works. Very nice therapist and the treatment was nice. I then saw that they had a 50% discount on Bio Sculpture nails so i went back two days later to get my nails done by Emily. Aww i just loved the nails!!! they look so lovely! It's a bargain that they're doing this offer. Will definitely revisit.
