Had an amazing excperience, well worth the money I spent. The Spa was really amazing... super cleaned, relaxing and really friednly staff. Felt at ease straight away and really loved the result of my lvl lash.... definitely reccomended. I will definitely gonna go back to have more treatments done.
I've been to this spa before with my girlfriend and hand on heart this is the only spa i trust in terms of the venue being clean and quiet and the service always being welcoming. this time i went with my partner we both enjoyed our time there! i'm already planning my next visit already. Highly recommend it! I went for the morrocan rose treatment, the two hours went by so quickly :( nevertheless, it was a lovely relaxing evening overall.
I booked the weekday package available on this site - amazing value Thanks to appalling traffic and TFL, a journey that usually takes less than half an hour took three times longer, but the receptionist rebooked my original appointment for another day, as there wasn't time for the full hour needed for the facial and massage (although I was given the option of a shortened treatment had I not been able to reschedule). On the rescheduled appointment day, actually a bank holiday so worth thinking about to use the cheaper weekday package if you work Mon-Fri, the spa was very quiet when I arrived, no one on reception, and I had to wait a while even though I could hear staff chatting (clearly not with clients) nearby - the only real frustration of the appointment. Once 'greeted', I was shown to cramped but luxurious changing room, followed by an even more luxurious waiting area (shame no opportunity to use the steam room and tubs) to complete forms, then taken through to a huge therapy room - no need to squeeze around massage tables and cupboards, the room is easily the size of a large double bedroom. Very little outside noise came into the room, ambient temperature and very relaxing. The therapist (Rachel I think) was great, and carried out all three treatments to a high standard. Elemis products appear to be used for the facial and massage (my eyes were closed, but Elemis was the only thing on display). The manicure takes place in a lounge area (I still had a robe on, not sure if it would be better to change first if you needed to rush off in a hurry) - again comfortable and relaxing, and a selection of current magazines to read while waiting for my nails to dry. The manicure was describes as 'file and paint' rather than a full manicure, but it did, thankfully, include tidying up my cuticles. Strangely, I wasn't offered a drink, and had to ask for a glass of water, but once my nails had been done I spotted the display of bottled water and fresh fruit and 'please help yourself' sign - I'd been sitting with my back to it when my nails were being done. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable treatment, and I will definitely go again. Allow yourself at least two hours to make the most of this if you book the same treatment, so that you do have time to feel relaxed and not stressed about time.
After purchasing the Spotlight offer for the lash extensions I couldn’t wait to get them done. I changed my appointment a few times due to work commitments and they were completely understandable. My therapist Rachel was amazing, can’t credit her enough. The lash lift results were beyond my expectations, I never realised my natural lashes had the potential to be that long and thick without lash extensions. I also decided to spend my £50 Wahanda Gift Voucher there, I got a eyebrow wax and tint plus Gelish nails, once again Rachel exceeded my expectations and I left very happy. One of my favourite things about the spa is the atmosphere, it’s very clear the therapists love their jobs, take pride in their work ensure customers are satisfied. Next time I go back I want to try a full spa day, will keep you posted.
The venue was lovely and we were greeted by staff when we entered. The complimentary juices and nuts while we waited for our treatments was a nice extra touch. My therapist Rebecca was fabulous. My mum and I were both extremely pleased with our gelish manicures and pedicures. It has been a week and there is no chipping and the shine of my french manicured fingernails and champagne toenails is still there. I'll definitely be going back.
