An amazing experience as I love floating in pools but other users spoil it, so to get this lone experience was magical. Really peaceful, relaxing and great for soothing aches and pains- just don't get the salt water in your eyes as it is painful!!
Bought a deal so was value for money. I found it was cold in the flirtation tank after 30 mins and couldn't relax once cold so hot out. The shower was on one side of room and towel hooks the other side a chair to put your stuff on would of been nice as the floor got very wet on climbing out the tank and shower.
It was more of a gym / fitness centre (a very nice one) than what I would call a spa
I went for a One Night Mini Spa Revitalise Break and have awarded it 3 stars.
Brand new - very well appointed - spacious rooms - decorated in a calming way. As soon as you walk in the door you get a calming influence. The flotation experience was a first for me. It took a bit of getting used to, but I ended up falling asleep. I felt pounds lighter when I walked out. Well worth a try.
Good place for people into meditation :)
It was nice experience and staff very helpful and friendly.
Massage could be more firm, so next time I will only go for deep massage option.
Flotation was a new experience that I wanted try but didn't give me any relaxation effect, may be because I am not into meditation.
Also I got salt stuck in my ear and need go to GP/pharmacy :( Didn't know I should rinse my ears or put plug into :(
