Hello I have 3 x dark age spot I want to get rid of on my face.Is fraxel laser safe ?

Treatments: Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)

I had derma roller before for 3 months but no improvement. Just had my first session of fraxel laser on the pigmentation. However it looks darker than before. The skin had already peeled away. I'm left with a slightly bigger pigmentation mark than before.Which is the best treatment for me intense pluse light or peels? I'm chinese with skin type 4 .

Hi
Firstly give your skin 8-10 healing time.
I would only reccommend you use a hospial laser for the eye area.
IPL does work for pigmentation but with your skin typa i would not be treating you.
See a dermatolagist by a referral from your doctor.

Hi thanks for the advice. I'm due to have another session of laser treatment. Space out every 4 weeks. I will update later but just want to know if the laser treatment will take time or make my pigmentation worse.x
