Best spa I have been to. The facial and massage was the best I've had and a lovely afternoon tea and treat. Very impressed with all. Will now no go anywhere else.
The hotel was lovely, the staff and the spa staff was friendly. Spa was clean and lovely and the room was clean and lovely . Breakfast was hot and lovely
Everything was good but there were only 3 issues:
1. Our room did not have aircon only a fan (I know they are in process of installing this but during this heatwave it was rather troublesome to sleep)
2. After our room was cleaned, cleaners forgot to replace towels. So had to go to reception...
3. They were testing fire alarm, so several times got woken up during afternoon nap after long traveling...
BUT
Apart this staff were amazing. And really went above and beyond to make our stay brilliant...
P.S. checkout time of 11am seems rather too early...
Great staff and treatment. Let down by the lack of toilet roll in all the toilets and no cups for water. But they were very busy
It was such a spontaneous visit. We booked at the very last minute and it turned out to be a good trip. The hotel is very old but our room was nice, the bathroom could do with sprucing up though. The spa facilities are not that broad. There’s only a steal room, sauna and a jacuzzi. The location is great, literally in front of the seA
