It was my birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend it with my friends. We all loved our treatments and all spa facilities were top notch! A special shout out to the young lady at the reception. I can’t remember your name now but you were so nice and helpful! Thank you❤️

The spa was really good as far as the staff and how good the condition of the options were however the hotel was the let down. It was clean but no money has been spent on maintenance. There was no swimming pool, in a spa hotel! In our room, the toilet roll holder and pull out mirror were loose, the main mirror too small for its bracket, the soap dispenser lid came off every time you used it and the shower door had to be lifted up to shut correctly. The floor to the room was lopsided and I put a normal round glass at one end and it rolled down to the other and with every step taken, the floorboards creaked. Any part that had been decorated had been done carelessly. Not painting the whole area or a square area it would just be the repair area and stood out like a sore thumb. The slow lift that takes forever was avoided as I was there for just one night and I didn’t want to lose any time so I took the stairs which smelled funny and also didn’t make sense, they wasn’t one long line but go down 10 walk up the corridor and turn right then take the next load of steps. It’s such a shame as the staff are really good and the spa and restaurant are fantastic. The hotel is by far the worst I’ve stayed in and I definitely won’t stay in another best western hotel

Had a great weekend, the hotel was in the middle of re-decorating and hadn't reached our 3rd floor room but wasn't anything bad that stood out. Definitely recommend a visit when painters and decorators are finished.

Loved it here! Such good value for what we got, afternoon tea was beautiful and my massage was wonderful.
