Friendly and Helpful Staff and most enjoyable experience Food was lovely and Treatments were Relaxing. There was a Wedding going on at the time and very busy, but we still received 5 star treatment.
From check in to check out very thing was great. The room was clean with great sea view, food and staff were excellent and the message was very relaxing.
booked this as a present for my parents they said it was fab and when i was booking and talking to staff on the phone they were brillent

Body massage could have been better. It started late though we were there on time - there were 2 other ladies before us who finished late. The hot towel at the end was a good surprise.
DISGUSTING, NO SWIMMING POOL, NO STEAM ROOM, NO JACUZZI,..... WHAT TYPE OF SPA DO YOU CALL THIS??? I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT AND STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT IT, DISGUSTED BY THIS SO CALLED SPA...I EXPECT A FULL REFUND AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AS THIS IS THE 2ND SPA BREAK YOU HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER....
