It was a relaxing 2 hour break the massage was great and the cream tea was perfect.
The venue was great and the staff friendly and very accomodating.
All staff were friendly. Room was great. Spa treatment was very quick, it was not 25 mins but just lasted 15 mins. Dinner was horrible. Breakfast was good.
A treat for my sisters 50th & We had a wonderful experience ,pedicure , & massage were 1st class. lovely day lovely staff, will do it again. I have an intolerance to wheat & gluten, & the chef went out of his way to make sure I still had a lovely afternoon tea, as good as everyone else. Thank you everyone for making it so special.xx
This is a lovely little hotel on the sea front at Dover which has the bar area facing out over the sea. The spa staff were very nice and the relax room was nice too although another couch would have been nice as there were three of us. The massage was lovely and very relaxing but we were very disappointed with the spa facilities. We were expecting a spa pool and small swimming pool as well as the sauna but there is only a gym and sauna! So quite disappointed. The service in the bar was quite good with a pleasant young waiter who brought our afternoon cream tea to our table which too was very nice. A nice experience but lacking in facilities.
Housekeeping staffs were quite annoying knocking on my door feom 11am to 12 pm aakig me again and again if im packed. On my online reservation booking it clearly stated checking out is 12pm. Receptionist informed me it's 11am but error was on email. No apologies whatsoever. Booked 30 mins spa for body salt scrub exfoliator. Mine lasted 10 mins with a quick rub with salts on front and 1 side only. My right aide and shoulders were untouched. Had a shower. Then she applied cream to my front body and left side only again. I couldn't feel my skin being scrubbed at all ..only had an oily feeling. Worst experience. Not worth at all.
