Worst Salon experience I've ever had. I wanted a colour and a cut, for the colour I got to choose between two supermarket bought colour boxes - plum and medium brown (I was after dark brown but I was told the medium brown would have to do). My hair was pulled constantly, with a short 'sorry' after each yank, despite my watering eyes. When my trim was done, I noticed one side was longer than the other - I pointed this out and the reply was 'I don't know why it's doing that'. When it was time to pay - £50 for the experience (!), I was asked if I would come back. I said no, and Paula asked why not. I listed all the points above, and I was told that I should have told her my hair was pulled, and she showed me the colour on the box so it's not her fault about the colour. Avoid this place at all cost!
I had an amazing experience the moment I walked through the door. The staffs were all over me. I was advised on what to do to my nails. Not just me telling them. I would definitely go back and refer others.
Staff were arguing across me about who was the next client and I felt very rushed and uncomfortable
I even got asked to leave my mobile number so the manager could contact me about spat that I witnessed

I had an awesome time, the staffs were nice and friendly. I had my my old weave removed washed and put back. The hair stylist was very nice and patience. By the end of my weave install, she got me looking like a princess. Am really pleased with the level of service I received, I would definitely recommend to others.
I heard about a new salon in my area Catford, just by the postoffice. and I decided to pay them a visit. to my delight the customer service was amazing the hair dresser was exceptionally good. I have never had my hair so good and to my taste. I also had my nails done and it was done perfectly well. the nail technician was in no rush. she advised me colour and on how to care for my nails am really pleased with the high level of service I received from Valencia rose. I am definitely sold. I had to book another appointment for my sister as well.
