The salon was able to take me earlier than I'd booked. Friendly staff, I did get nipped when buffing nails after Shellac take-off but staff were apologetic and quickly remedied.

This place is a joke. The therapists are clearly not very happy working here as they have such a bad attitude. Ambiance and customer service is basically non existent.
This is my second visit to this Salon and the standard and experience is as outstanding as my first time. Keep it up guys!!
I had to get some treatment done in a rush for my big event tonight as my regular stylist were fully booked. I must say I was impressed with the overall service. I was able to get my nails done and my hair coloured and styled within 2 hours considering the fact that they were extremely busy but they were able to attend to me without feeling rushed.
