Pleasant experience and the waxer Leanne was very friendly and professional. One thing to look out for was that on Wahanda I was informed it would cost me £52 but on the day it cost me £56 (which I didn't mind paying due to the high quality service) but the information didn't match up.
I usually to another salon in town, but my daughter bought me a gift voucher for Total Beauty as she is a regular there. I am so glad she did. I was made to feel very welcome by Karen & her team in which is a very relaxing atmosphere. The treatment rooms are wonderful and I was very relaxed by the time I left. It's the little touches and attention to detail that has really impressed me. Well done Total Beauty, you have another customer! (oh & not having to look or pay for parking is always a bonus!!)
What a lovely relaxing experiance I had the other day, the treatment was was not rushed. I was made to feel special. During my facial I was so relaxed I fell asleep. My manicure was excellent. The staff at Total Beauty are very professional & caring, with a superb atmosphere.
I'm looking forward to my next treatment very soon.
This salon is amazing. Its a real treat to go here and have some 'me' time. The moment you walk in you feel relaxed. Calm music, smell of candles and the wonderful customer service. You get to relax in the massage chair if you arrive early too which is lovely.
I have had many treatments and karen the owner is outstanding, I was also recommended products for my skin as its very dry and i have seen a massive change in my skin since using the products recommend. There is loads of free parking, you don't feel rushed and you receive amazing treatments and service.. I can't recommend this salon enough. You have to try. You can also purchase gift vouchers to treat a friend or for someone to treat you.
Spray tan is simple and very effective. My favourite is the facial… xx Keep up the good work Total Beauty. see u in a few weeks xx
Great salon, had a lovely pampering session there. Lovely, friendly knowledgable staff made me feel relaxed and really special. Would definitely recommend.
