My facial with Karen exceeded expectations. I liked the way she began with a short back massage, very relaxing. The facial itself was lovely, and Karen quietly explained the process along the way. Karen was professional and extremely competent and I have no hesitation in recommending Total Beauty. I'll certainly be returning for more treatments.
