My friend and I went on a spa day. We arrived early hoping there was other things to do before our treatment. The hotel staff directed us to the bar. Whilst there is nothing else to do onboard apart from the bar. We decided to visit the 02 as it was one station on the DLR. upon arriving back to the ship we were shown to the treatment room. There was two lovely ladies who explained what was going to happen. We were both taken into separate rooms for the massages. The ladies were very knowledgeable and massage was fantastic but over too soon. They asked about pressure and was just right with the knots and kinks they worked on. You truly come out feeling light and refreshed. They are Very very nice ladies and very respectful. We were told we can take our time and relax whilst they saw to new clients that had arrived. I would definitely come back.
We returned to the bar as we had a sharing platter that came with the deal.
The waiter/ bar man was very helpful as I am a vegetarian and my friend an omnivore I didn’t want to have the food on the same plate so asked him if they could put them on separate plates. Unfortunately the chef was not happy to do this. We had to settle for a platter. The waiter tried his best to accommodate us and was really grateful to him for his excellent customer service.
We had a thoroughly great day and the staff from the new Receptionist to the wonderful bar man to the therapist are truly wonderful and go out of there way to help you.
The only downsides was the chef could have offered something else instead of a straight no and once you’ve had your treatment there is nothing else to do but go off the ship and look around or jump on a train and visit other places.
The Ship is beautiful and so are most of the staff. Great day, I would highly recommend it.

I had the best massage ever,I feel so relax afterward. Gintare was very fantastic and my friend also say had her massage with Ana J was brilliant, she loved it.
As I had such a shoulder and neck aches for such a long time and Both of our therapists were helped us out to release our stressness a lot , Thank you!:) We will definitely be back soon x
It is ok but really not comfortable. No proper chair for pedicure. definitely not possible to relax.
