This spa has no spa facilities so it's basically a salon what ch is misleading. Rooms are great! I got am email to reschedule and a voicemail I rescheduled to 30 minutes earlier. I got confirmation emails and texts for 1pm. When I called up in the morning the therapist said its booked for 1.30pm which I originally booked. So as I had the conformation email for 1pm I showed up at 1pm just incase which didn't go down too well with the therapist. Clearly unorganised. My fiancé wasn't too pleased with the massage she put too much pressure on his spine and has ended up back pain :( I had a massage and my lady was lovely and I loved my massage with her :)
Had a cellulite treatment Joanna was fab and gave me loads of tips! Will defo be going back thank you.
The hotel was beautiful, the spa was small but clean and had a good relaxed atmosphere. The staff was lovely and added to the experience of the day. The treatment itself was a nice idea but it was too cold for me to enjoy.
The hotel setting was nice, the masseuse was friendly and very helpful. The massage itself was very good. I would recommend this treatment.
The spa is set in a beautiful hotel. The spa itself has no facilities which is a shame as there was nothing much to do while waiting.
