We never even made it to the hotel as the staff were so ridiculous when trying to book it - rude, and kept trying to change the price that was shown on the Wahanda site. After speaking to them it totally put us off even going.
Spa day with sister was very nice and relaxing. Nice clean facilities and friendly staff.
The spa was extremely relaxing, the facilities were very clean and the treatments were by far the best treatments I have ever had. I will definately return.
just back from another spa day at rookery hall with my sister.
Had fab day, really is a chilled bolt hole. Facilities great, large jacuzzi with swan neck water foundations and pool side steam and sauna rooms. Pool again a tad cool, but as with all the facilities at rookery hall very clean. Back Massage first class, although a tad expensive.
Only downside, this isn't an exclusive spa open to spa days/escapes only. It is part of the hotel complex and facililties are open to health club members, and children (albeit children only allowed in, on set times), meaning the spa can get quite busy at certain points. If the spa was set aside for spa visitors in the mornings say, this would be a perfect spa :)
