This was the second time I've gone to Splash for a Hollywood wax and will definitely go back next time! The therapist was quiet but friendly and very good - made sure not to miss any areas!
I went to Splash Goodge Street for a pre holiday wax. I have had a a few waxes here, however, my therapist Rosa, was great, very professional, made me feel completely relaxed and it was one of the best waxes I have had in a while.
Ladies' Waxing
Simple salon, but very good value for money. Staff were friendly and flexible. In a great location in inner London.
Haircut was fast but exactly what I asked for. Wasn't the cleanest or flashest salon around, but certainly not dirty in an uncomfortable way.
Overall very good value cut.

Booked this the day after Carnival which I think was my mistake. They arrived late to open which meant my appointment was pushed back which meant I had to call my next appointment to change the time. There were no apologies. When you enter you go into the hair area then I was asked to sit so they could get ready then I was sent downstairs.
I had a full leg wax which a mark as OK because I was left with a strip of hair on my leg that was completely missed, and quite a few stragglers. There was no double checking at the end or tweezer checks, if there had been this might be better review.
I wouldn't return, the deal isn't worth it for the level of service.
This was a pretty good wax, probably not quite as good as ones I have had here in the past, however results were really good and the therapist was very quick and efficient.
