There was a fair bit of hair left outside of the area that I had specified, including on my legs which I did not think was very good for a brazilian. There was also bits of wax left on me/ the hairs which I had to pick off. The stylist was very friendly and it was not painful but she did not give me a chance to look at the result properly before leaving.

Probably the worst experience I have had in a hairdresser. Will be writing to complain formally - not the colour or cut I wanted and the hairdresser left me at least 6 times to speak to someone else / text
I had a very good wax, Roxana was very friendly and easy to chat to. The wax itself was very good. Virtually pain free, very quick and very neat! I will definitely be coming back soon!
Hollywood Waxing
Although there was a little more pain than usual (I prefer a chocolate wax), it wasn't as bad as some places I have been. The therapist was professional and thorough with the wax. She was quick and did a really good job, without making me feel too uncomfortable.

The salon is easy to find, not glamourous but looks clean. Really nice staff, I came a bit early and was taken for the treatment right away. Quite painful, more than other places I've been to but I'm happy with the results.
