Perfect quality for the price. Even if I wrote down the day wrong and I came the day after of my booking they were still able to accommodate me the same afternoon. It was very quick and perfectly done.

It was a quite good value for money. Everything in the facility was spotless. Staff (reception and therapist) very friendly throughout. Convenient location in the centre. No waiting time at all.

Nice and friendly therapist. Room was a bit small and noisy. Location wise it was good as it was right next to Leicester Square tube station. Value was unbelievable. DId not expect a massage in Central London to be less than £25.

The woman that did my wax was lovely, chatty and made me feel comfortable. The wax was good as well, although it did go a bit bobbly after, but no real complaints.

I was extremely appalled by the service that I received at this salon. There was a mix up with the dates for my booking so I missed my appointment and the salon were unprepared to reschedule. They simply took my money and changed their mind several times. They originally suggested re-booking or a refund however once I requested this a couple of days later, the offer no longer stood. The salon is extremely noisy and unprofessional, the staff haven't got a clue and customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their priority list, all they care about is taking money from their customers. I will never visit a Splash Salon again and you can get much better service and comparable prices elsewhere.
